Record a harvest

Capture quantity, quality and value when you bring in a crop, and decide its disposition.

Harvest records close the loop on a crop: what came off which field, in what quantity and quality, and what happened to it — stored, sold, used on the farm or discarded.

  1. 1Open Harvest Management from the menu, or log a Harvesting activity from the field-activity wizard.
  2. 2Pick the field and harvest date.
  3. 3Enter the quantity, unit, quality grade and estimated value.
  4. 4Choose the disposition — stored, sold, used or discarded. Stored harvests can flow into your warehouse stock.
  5. 5Save. The harvest appears in the register, filterable by project.

Tip: If a harvest is sold, record the income under Transactions — your reports then show the full picture from field cost to crop revenue.
