Account & Data Deletion
Delete your HurudzaApp account and data
HurudzaApp is developed by Hurudza Labs. You can permanently delete your account and all associated farm data at any time — from within the app, or by request.
Delete from within the app
The fastest way to delete your account and data is directly in the HurudzaApp mobile app:
- 1Open the HurudzaApp mobile app and sign in as a manager.
- 2Go to Administration → Danger Zone.
- 3Export your data first if you want to keep a copy.
- 4Choose to delete your farm and account. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion of your account and farm data by emailing our support team at support@hurudzalabs.com. Please send the request from the email address on your account, or include enough detail for us to identify your farm.
What is deleted
Deleting your farm permanently removes all data associated with that farm, including:
- All cattle records
- Daily tracking and health data
- Expenses
- Sales records
- Uploaded photos
- User accounts associated with the farm
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. After deletion, minimal records may be retained only as required by law.
How long it takes
In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Deletion requests sent by email are processed within 30 days of receipt.
